The Children’s Aid Society Carrera Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program has enjoyed over ten years of success and counting. While we never equate our program as a quick-fix to the issue of adolescent pregnancy, we do like to measure our success. High Graduation and College Admission Results

Data from a special follow-up survey of 449 of the 598 program and control teens in the New York Program sites who were eligible to graduate by June 2004 show the following…

  • Significantly more of the program students had graduated from high school or obtained a GED, and
