Learning job skills and understanding employment environments and expectations are crucial to helping young people and their families maintain a bright and hopeful outlook for their future. The objective is to offer concrete life-options, which in effect will help our teens to avoid or delay pregnancy. The CAS Carrera Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program strongly believes an age and stage appropriate employment component with training plays a key role in enhancing motivation, self-esteem, and self worth, while providing young people with structured opportunities to learn and earn in the real world of work.
If your company has a part-time or full-time after-school or summer employment opportunities for participants in our program, please contact Felipe Ayala, [email protected] or 212.876.9716
